Lounge
Our home consists of a large through lounge with a new 3 seater sofa and two seater love seat, a new coffee table and new lamps, the phone point and internet access point are in this room.
Kitchen
The newly refitted Kitchen is fully equipped ready to use.
There is also a closet with a Washing machine and Tumble dryer
3 Bedrooms
The downstairs ensuite Master Bedroom has a sleigh style queen bed, 32" flat screen TV and new cupboards
The Upstairs front and rear bedrooms each have 2 single beds, Flat screen TV and walk in closet
There is also a full bathroom upstairs.
Lanai
We have a fully covered Lanai area with sunbeds for you to sit outside and top up your tan while relaxing after a hard day at the parks
Additional Information
2 parking spaces are provided immediately outside our property. Our home is located within a gated community with access via a security gate with electronic access codes
The Pool and Hot tub
We have a lovely shared pool and Hot Tub on site.
The pool is kept heated all year
The pool deck and gardens are professionally maintained to a high standard for your enjoyment with Sunbeds, tables and chairs with parasols to provide shade
Barbeque Area
There is also a barbeque area provided for your use
